Hi internet world! here’s what I’m up to next month … particuarly looking forward to my trips to TALLINN and BERLIN hehehe. Hopefully I’ll see some of you at something!! Héloïse x

4 March: I’m performing at The Bowes Museum (near Durham) with baritone Oskar McCarthy and pianist Mark Austin. The concert is entitled “Music and the Allure of Napoleon” and is organised by musicologist Dr Katherine Hambridge. What did music mean for Napoleon and those living under his rule? Was it entertainment, escapism or propaganda? More info HERE

7 March: I’m thrilled and honoured to be in the Final of the Trinity Laban Soloists’ Competition – Great Hall, Bleackheath Halls, 7.30pm

My programme is as follows:

Debussy, Yniold’s aria from Pélleas et Mélisande

Berg, 5 Orchesterlieder op.4

Stravinsky, 3 Japanese Lyrics

accompanied by the wonderful Imma Setiadi

10 March: Cello/vocals with The Amazing Devil at The Crowndale, London – presented by Camden Rocks – More info HERE

23-26 March: trip to Berliiiiiiiiin with SHARDS recording some music with some really wonderful artists… I can’t wait. More info TBA.

28 March: performing Clara Schumann’s Rückert-Lieder with pianist Ksenija Laskova at The Old Royal Naval Chapel College, 1.05pm as part of the Schumann Festival curated by Eugene Asti at Trinity Laban. More info HERE

30-31 March: trip to Estonia with my quartet The Hermes Experiment! We are very excited to be performing at Tallinn Music Week, representing record label Nonclassical – More info HERE

Finally, I’m also taking part in workshops for a new musical/punk opera throughout March – it’s all very exciting and so much fun – more TBA in due course!
